maneuvers look easy. No matter how good your game

At T3 training we will:
- Provide quality instruction
- Focus on the individual development of each
athlete
- Build confidence
- Improve rotational force torso strength
- Average decrease in 60-yd dash time of 2/10 of a
second
- Increase first step quickness and explosiveness
- Improve speed and acceleration
- Teach Plyometric drills that link speed and
power
- Improve running mechanics
